Angela’s longstanding interest in international law, human rights and its interaction with Australia’s domestic legal framework underpinned a successful transition from a career in insurance lawyer to PLAYFAIR.
Angela now works in our Corporate Team. She is the first person our prospective clients hear from because she coordinates and provides initial immigration advice, so that people who are planning on migrating to Australia may commence their journey through the labyrinth of migration pathways. Since being allocated to a large client portfolio, Angela’s application of legal research and processing to the field of immigration law have been showcased, and acknowledged in the outcomes she has achieved for her clients.
Angela has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Social Science at the University of Western Sydney and is currently completing a Masters of Global Law at the University of Sydney. It may be going too far to say that Angela dreamt of working as a trusted immigration advisor, but without doubt, Angela undertook her studies in law to make a positive change in people’s lives. Angela wholeheartedly subscribes to Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote: “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
